You can delete your Omatia account here, or in the app under Profile → Account → Delete account.
- Shop owners: your shop and everything in it (sales, customers, products, photos, staff and manager logins) is permanently erased after 30 days.
- Managers: only your own login is erased; the shop stays with its owner.
- You're signed out on every phone straight away. Log back in within the 30 days to cancel.
